DEFINITION

FQDN

Fully Qualified Domain Name. 

fully qualified domain name (FQDN) is distinguished by its lack of ambiguity: it can be interpreted only in one way. It usually consists of a host name and at least one higher-level domain (label) separated by the symbol "." and always ends in the top-level domain.
Example of a FQDN: username@domain.company.net

In this context: Office 365 account. Often used synonymous with Microsoft Azure Cloud services.

UPN

User Principal Name (UPN) format – for example: UserName@Example.com

A granular grid element (in a view, usually with one particular purpose like displaying a status, number, counter or interactive control.
