    LUCS Configurator -> Topology -> Settings -> "Report agent states only for agents in duty profile" = true \ false

When the setting is true:
Agent is in Duty Profile -> Agent Count and Agent State events are written to DB
Agent is in OffDuty Profile -> Only Agent Count events are written to DB
Agent is offline and has Default Duty Profile -> Agent Count and Agent State events are written
Agent is offline and has Default OffDuty Profile -> Only Agent Count events are written to DB
