The ‘Service KPI’ widget shows shows Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for selected services. By default it shows ‘Service Level 00:00’ and ‘Reachability 00:00’ data for all available services. You can adjust this via the widget settings.
User can adjust properties, thresholds and filters.
Use filters to narrow down to the KPI to values you need.
When your services are having similar names (e.g. "Care") you may filter by that, otherwise use the organization unit
