Service Dimension Widget

‘Service Dimension’ widget shows for Supervisor the detailed parameters, which the corresponding service has currently.

Widget Settings:

Name	Description
Sip	Sip address of corresponding Service.
Name	Service Name.
Organization	Organization Name of corresponding Service.
Agents	The number of Agents configured to the corresponding Service.
EC Active	Shows if the Emergency Case is set to the corresponding service If the Emergency Case is set for the corresponding service, the row is highlighted with light-red color..
