This feature requires the integration with the Luware "RTC Launcher" external application. To use this feature, Live Chat must be enabled during WebConfigurator component installation ("Enable Live Chat") with the according settings to connect with RTC Launcher.

You can configure configure the contact support directly from within WebConfigurator:

  1. Upon clicking the icon a collapsed floating conversation window is displayed in the right bottom corner
  2. Click the header with contact name to expand the window and start a conversation
  3. Live chat allows you to establish audio, video and IM sessions. To terminate the conversation, close the window.
