Client-Side Requirements

Assistant Frontend has been tested with the following browsers.

  • Internet Explorer 11.0 (warning) earlier version users may face a problem with data updates not pushed automatically → a manual reload of page is needed. It is recommended to update IE to at least version 10
  • Microsoft Edge (latest version).
  • Google Chrome (latest version).

General Notes

  • Browser page titles for all pages are formed according to the following rule: '"Assistant + <Page Name>".
  • Some data fields may contain data larger than space available to display. In such cases, the system shortens these labels by adding "" in the end of the label. Point your mouse over such labels to see the full contents. We recommend at least a HD resolution (1920x1080) for the optimal viewing experience.
  • It is possible for users to configure the application language.
