Blacklists can be managed individually for each user. Entries defined will be blocked from calling in.
The permission to edit blacklists must be granted individually by either the Admin or a manager. Refer toManagers and Assistants
Add New Blacklist Entry
To Add a new Blacklist Entry, click the "Add New" button → A popup opens
- Enter a valid Phone Number +<country code><8-digit phone number> (maximum 15 length total)
- Enter a valid SIP Address in the format: <sip:email@example.com>
- Add a free text "Description" to shown in the final Blacklist table
- Press "Save and Close"
