The "Reporting" page is presented as a dashboard with three widgets:

  • Contacts
  • Sessions
  • Session Modalities

Scope

  • The SYSTEM ADMIN will see accumulated session statistics across all managed tenants
  • TENANT ADMIN SITE ADMIN CONTACT ADMIN will see session statistics of their assigned tenant respectively
  • All User Roles have access to the same range of data, selectable via pulldowns (Last 24 hours, Last Week, Last Month or Custom Range)
  • The data is kept in UTC and shown in current browser timezone

Contacts

Shows the amount of configured contacts for the specific Tenant as volume.

  • Y-Axis: total number of contacts
  • X-Axis: date.
    (lightbulb) The interval tick mark on the x-axis is adjusted according to the selected duration

Sessions

Shows the total amount of sessions as volume made for specific Tenant.

  • Y-Axis: number of calls;
  • X-Axis: date of the call.

Session Modalities

Shows the modality type of all sessions as total volume made over the specific Tenant. Up to 4 different colors are shown depending on the modality type.

  • Y-Axis: number of calls;
  • X-Axis: date of the call.
