After login in the RTC Launcher Admin a user has access to the UI and RTC Launcher functionality according to one the following user roles:

  • SYSTEM ADMIN (role is only used when RTC Launcher is self-hosted)
  • TENANT ADMIN Tenant Administrator
  • SITE ADMIN Site Administrator
  • CONTACT ADMIN Contact Administrator
