Right clicking in the agent assistant tray icon will reveal further options.
Note that the amount of available options (e.g. Duty Profiles) depend on the backend configuration done by your administrator / supervisor.
Selecting "Settings" from the menu will open a dialogue that allows you to customize AA to your needs.
Note that some options may have been configured during installation and setup of Agent Assistant and may not be visible on the UI.

Sign Out and Exit
The “Exit” functionality of Agent Assistant is divided into two options: SignOut and Exit.
- “SignOut” signs you out of the Agent Assistant and resets your configured profile to default. → Agent Assistant’s icon stays visible in the system tray so you can sign back in to the Agent Assistant via the menu. Also see related chapter: Subscribe to a Service & System Status
- “Exit” closes Agent Assistant. To sign back in you need to restart the application.
