The ‘Service Dimension’ widget shows Supervisors the current active agents and emergency cases per service
Widget Settings:

Sip | Sip address of corresponding Service. |
Name | Service Name. |
Organization | Organization Unit of corresponding Service. |
Agents | The number of Agents configured to the corresponding Service. |
EC Active | Shows if an emergency case is set to the corresponding service  During an emergency case the row is highlighted in red.
