In TM there Overall, there are three different types of workflow activities available:
- Workflow Elements without switch
- Workflow Elements with switch
- Call / Chat Activities
Workflow Elements without switch
These activities have only one exit.
Workflow Elements with switch
These activities have at least 2 different kinds of exits which can be connected to other activities. If the activity returns an exit which is not used, the workflow will follow the path of the "Default" exit.
If an exit is received which is not connected to another activity - and a "Default" exit is defined either - the workflow will block in the activity.
Call/Chat Activities Elements
These activities are related to call/chat operations.
