Copilot - Enable Multilanguage Understanding

Configuration in Copilot Studio

In Copilot Studio, go to settings and add the language(s) your agent should understand.  

Configuration in Nimbus

To get started, you’ll need to create a multi-language Speech Recognizer

  1. Navigate to Nimbus Admin > Configuration > Speech Recognizers
  2. Define the languages needed, according to your Copilot Agent.
    ☝Note that Nimbus supports a maximum of four languages per Speech Recognizer. If your Copilot needs to handle more than four languages, you’ll need to create additional Virtual Users in Nimbus to cover the remaining ones.
  3. Within Nimbus, assign the Speech Recognizer in your Virtual User configuration.
