To play  back a recorded conversation, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Conversations > Search in the top navigation bar.
2. Search for the conversation you want to download, e.g. by searching for the user or the telephone number.
3. Click the download button next to the conversation.
   ⮑ The audio file is downloaded as Waveform Audio File Format (WAV). You can playback the audio file with any media player that supports this format.
