To play  back a recorded conversation, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Conversations > Search in the top navigation bar.
2. Search for the conversation you want to play back, e.g. by searching for the user or the telephone number.
3. Click the play button next to the conversation.
   ⮑ The media player opens in the browser at the bottom of the Luware Recording Portal and the conversation starts playing.
