This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to change your default timezone in the Luware Recording web application platform.

Changing your Timezone

There are a few ways you can change your timezone depending on the use case. Here we can take you through the options available to you for changing your timezone in Luware Recording

Account Level Change

You can change your own timezone for your account. This will change all times you see in Luware Recording to that timezone.

• This change to your account will be permanent unless changed, and will be retained on your current and any future sessions

1. Once logged into Luware Recording, in the top right, click your username to open the options menu, and 
   select My Account

2. In the My Account page, you will them be able to see the Timezone option. Select the desired timezone from the drop down list.

3.  Once you have selected your timezone, simply press Save at the bottom of the page to save your changes 

Conversations Change

You can change your timezone settings when you are searching for conversations in Luware Recording. 

This can be helpful in some cases

• Searching for conversations in a different timezone
• Displaying conversations in their native timezone

The timezone settings here will reset each time you login however and are not stored permanently.

1. Navigate to Conversations > Search in the top navigation bar.
   
   

   

   
    
2. Expand the Advanced Search Options > click on the drop down for Display results according to timezone and select according to your preference.

Bulk Group / Synchronization Change

If you would like to perform a bulk change for users timezone, or a change to the user synchronization settings, so that all users timezone are updated and/or correct when they are created in Luware Recording, this is entirely possible. All you need to do is raise a support case with Luware with the details below, detailing your full request.
