Private tenant customers are contacted via the Support system to inform them about upcoming maintenance dates.

- Conversation Control: Start and stop controlled recording and save on-demand calls in the buffer.
- Extract speech analytics output: Download the speech analytics output files from Intelligent Voice in a JSON format.
- Add Metadata: Add metadata to conversations in Luware Recording from external sources.
- Add Label: Add a label to conversations in Luware Recording enabling external control of policies based on labels.

Speech Analytics:
- Translate to English: Translate speech transcription from the transcribed language into English.
- Delayed transcription: Resolved an issue in multi-tenant environments which could cause delays in transcription.

Microsoft Teams:
- Delayed custom announcements: In call scenarios such as call queues, custom announcements could be delayed.
- Nimbus recording rules: In multi-service complex workflows, sometimes recording rules could not identify the correct recorded service line.
