Hybrid Recording
- The Luware Recording hybrid recorder has been updated to simplify deployment. The recorders can now be configured with outbound access over HTTPS (TCP 443) to pull configuration, removing the requirement for inbound public networking access.
- The Hybrid Recorders now support multi-tenant configuration.

- Branding Update: Intelligent Voice has now been rebranded to Verint Communications Analytics.
- Email Speech Analytics Insights: Support for automatically emailing Activity Summaries and Notes & Actions insights to the recorded user.
