3 NOV 2024 - 1.6.0 - Major Update

This major update brings the latest software enhancements to our Multi-Tenant platform. Key changes and improvements are highlighted below.

Overview of improvements

• Microsoft Teams Voice:
  • SDK Update: Our Microsoft Teams Audio, Video and Screen Share capture SDKs have been updated to the latest available Microsoft SDKs. Providing support for Delta Roster updates improving performance capturing large conferences. 
• Microsoft Teams Chat:
  •  Team Synchronisation: We can now automatically synchronise licensed users Team membership.
• Speech Analytics:
  • Improved Transcription: Enhancements to Speech Analytics improving presentation of topics and Arabic-Language transcript text. 
• Web Portal: 
  • Delete Workflow for GDPR: Captured recordings locked with retention can now be deleted using the Delete Workflow enabling customers to adhere to retention requirements while also enabling the deletion of captured if required (Files locked on immutable storage cannot be deleted, however, the record identifying in the database will be removed).
  • Automatic Labelling Rules can process historic conversations: Automatic labelling rules can now run on conversations captured prior to the label rule being created. 
  • Teams Announcement Audit Log : A new report is available for Microsoft Teams Announcement Audit logs. The report shows the list of announcements that have been played by Luware Recording and if each announcement has played successfully. 
  • Users under Legal Hold: A new report is available to identify users which have captured records under legal hold.

  • Conversation Search: Luware Recording has released the first phase of API integrations, enabling customers to pull call recording metadata into third party systems.

  • Azure Key Vault for Encryption Certificates: Azure Key Vault is now supported for encryption certificates, enabling secure storage of our customers certificates in a Luware Azure Key Vault. Private Tenant customers can now bring their own Azure Key Vault enabling customers to monitor certificate usage.

• Storage:
  • Support for S3 Type Storage: Luware Recording now supports alternative storage providers such as AWS S3 Buckets and ECS S3. Alternative providers may be supported, contact your Luware Recording customer success specialist for more information.

  • Summarization: Generative AI is utilized to provide a short summary of the captured conversation.
  • Additional Languages: Swiss German is now supported. 
• Microsoft Teams Voice:
  • Mixed Mode Recording: Improvements to recording rules enabling the selective capture of internal calls while enforcing the mandatory capture of conversations with external participants. 
• Microsoft Teams Recording Control Application:
  • Audit Log for Start and Stop capture events: Luware Recording now captures the start and stop recording events in the Audit log. 
• Microsoft Teams Chat:
  • Capture Optimizations: Significant improvements to the capture and processing of Microsoft Teams Chat.

  • Support for Hybrid Recording in Multi-tenant: Luware Recording now supports Hybrid recording scenarios in multi-tenant environments, enabling capture of on-premises communication platforms such as IPC Unigy, BT Trading and Cisco CUCM.

This major update brings the latest software enhancements to our Multi-Tenant platform. Key changes and improvements are highlighted below.

Overview of improvements

• Speech Analytics: Luware Recording general availability of Speech Analytics (Powered by Intelligent Voice) for Multi-tenant customers. Enabling the following features:
  • Speech Transcription: Transcribe captured audio communication.
  • Topic Analysis: Key topics discussed during conversations are identified and searchable. 
  • Diarisation: Identify each speaker in the conversation and segments the transcript for each speaking identity.
  • Sentiment Analysis: Phrase analysis is used to determine the sentiment of the conversation.
  • Automatic Language Detection: The conversation is analysed to determine the languages used in the conversation. If multi-language is enabled, the conversation is transcribed in multiple languages. 
  • Multi-language Support: Ability to assign multiple languages per user enabling transcription against selected languages.
