View currently licensed users in Luware Recording and export the user list for review.
☝ Administrator Role Required
You need to have the Administrator role assigned in order to view currently licensed users.
View Licensed Users
To get an overview of licensed users, follow the steps below:
- Sign in with a user that has the Administrator role assigned.
- Navigate to Users > Users in the top navigation bar to get an overview of all users.
- At the bottom of the page, you also have the option to export the user list.
💡 Users with an Extension Must Be Licensed
All users with an Extension need to be licensed. In the screenshot below, the users with an extension are being recorded and therefore need to be licensed correctly.
Licenses
You can also view your current assigned licenses in the system. This shows you how many licenses you have purchased and how many are in use.
- Sign in with a user that has the Administrator role assigned.
- Navigate to System > License in the top navigation bar.
- This page will show you the licences assigned and in use.
