EE/Umony Mobile Capture Ingestion
- Luware Recording now supports capture from EE/Umony mobile recording solutions. This enables ingestion of audio and SMS data from mobile channels, allowing organizations to integrate mobile communications into their archive.

Enhanced Recording Announcements for Microsoft Teams
- New configuration options allow administrators to set announcement delays, start recording only after the announcement completes and suppress repeat announcements on call transfers/forwards.

Speech Analytics Language Improvements
- Transcriptions generated by the platform in any supported language can now be translated to English on demand. Contact your sales representative for more information.
- AI Insights for Conversation Risk, Activity Summaries, Notes & Actions now have increased language output support. Previously, the output was only available in English. Please see the table below for supported languages:
