To find a conversation by a recorded user, navigate to Conversations > Search in the top navigation bar. This will get you to to the Conversations page.

• On the left side, you have the search options.
• To search for a user, click into the User field and enter the username you want to search for. Click the search button to get the conversations belonging to the user displayed.

💡 This field uses an auto-complete feature to list the matching registered users in a drop-down menu as you type. Any other user can be entered, however, the auto-completion only works for registered users.
