To find a conversation by a telephone number, navigate to Conversations > Search in the top navigation bar. This will get you to to the Conversations page.

• On the left side, you have the search options.
• To search for a telephone number, use the From or To Party field and enter the telephone number you want to search for. Click the search button to get the conversations belonging to the telephone number displayed.
  💡 This field uses an auto-complete feature to list the matching registered numbers in a drop-down menu as you type. Any other number can be entered, however, the auto-completion only works for registered numbers.
