To find a conversation received or made via Nimbus Service Line, navigate to Conversations > Search in the top navigation bar. This will get you to to the Conversations page. 

• On the left side, you have the search options.
• All Nimbus Service Calls are categorized either as Contact Center In or Contact Center Out calls.
• To search for a Nimbus Service Call, go to Advanced Search Options and click the + button in the section Conversation detail record fields.
  • To find calls which were received by your Nimbus Service Line, chose the field Direction and select Equal to and Contact Center In.
    
  • To find calls which were made with your Nimbus Service Line, chose the field Direction and select Equal to and Contact Center Out.
    
• Click the search button to get the conversations received or made by your Nimbus Service Line.
