Attendant can be customized to your needs by accessing the settings, located on the top right of your Attendant UI.

💡 Settings are stored for your currently logged-in user and will not affect other Attendant Console users.
Contact Groups
Within settings you can define Contact Groups. These allow you to define which groups of users you want to be shown below the Contact Search field.
💡 The default "Favorites" group can also be configured and hidden from within this dialog.

💡Note that you can create max. 10 contact groups and add up to 50 contacts per contact group.
- Head to Attendant Settings.
- Within the “Contact Groups” section, click on “Create” to start a new group, or “Edit” an existing one (including your Favorites).
- Define / Change your Group Name as it will appear in your Attendant later.
- Click “Add” to define contacts.
- Start typing to search for users.💡The search triggers as you enter 3 letters or more. Click on user names to add them to your Contacts.

Rearrange the order of users via the handles as you want them to appear within your group.
- Once satisfied with your Contact Group, click “Save & Apply”.
⮑You will be brought back to the “Contact Groups” overview with your new group added to the bottom of the list. - Order your new Group as you would like it to appear.

Optionally turn (any existing) groups invisible to keep for later.
- When satisfied with your groups, close your settings.
⮑ Your new Contact Group will now appear in your defined order.
