Allowance Settings
Each Consumption License has its own row with an allowance and a period start day.
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Companion transcription minutes per month | The monthly allowance for transcribed calls and Virtual User sessions. 💡 Shows "No allowance set" while no allowance is defined. |
|
Unify session minutes per month |
The monthly allowance for connected Nimbus Unify calls. 💡 Shows "No allowance set" while no allowance is defined. |
| Period starts on day (1–28, UTC) | Required, next to each allowance. The day of the month on which a new period starts. Default: 1. |
🔎 The info line below each allowance reads "Metered only: usage over the allowance is not blocked". Features keep working when an allowance is used up.
Consumption This Period
Below the settings, one block per Consumption License shows its usage:
| Element | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Name and period | The Consumption License (Companion transcription or Unify sessions) and the dates of the current period in UTC, for example "1 Oct – 31 Oct 2026 (UTC)". |
| Usage bar | The minutes used in the period ("… min used"). With an allowance, the bar also shows the allowance and the minutes left, and it turns orange once 90 % is used. Without one, "No allowance set" is shown. |
| AI feature counts | Companion transcription only. The number of summaries, tag extractions and code extractions in the period. These counts are for information and do not use up the allowance. |
| Last period |
A second bar with the dates and minutes used of the previous period, for comparison. 💡 To review older periods, use the month picker in the "Consumption Licenses" widget of License Management. |
