✅ This is a Enterprise Routing Feature.
Primary and secondary Codes can be used to check off task completion results, mark upselling opportunities or track any other results you want reflected in your reporting.
🔎Read our Nimbus Power BI Template Overview to learn how Codes are reflected in the historical reporting.
Defining Primary and Secondary Codes
✅ Codes are configured via Configuration > Codes section. By clicking "Create New" you can add new primary or secondary Codes → a dialog will open to configure your new code.
- Note that Codes are Organization Unit specific, so Nimbus users will only see Codes that are made available to their respective team.
- Define a short code name. 💡This is how the entry will be shown in the Nimbus UI, e.g. when assigning the code to a service and using it in
- Add an optional description which will be used in listings and tables to tell the codes apart.
Usage of Codes in the UI
✅ In order to use your defined Codes they must be assigned via Extension Service Settings > Codes → Afterwards they will be available to users in the Portal UI (e.g. My Sessions). As long as no Codes have been assigned to a session already, every user can directly assign them.
Depending on how the code items were previously assigned in the service settings they can either be used as primary or secondary code selection.
Please Note: Saving finalizes a session for Reporting
Note that once applied and saved, Codes in a session cannot be changed anymore.
